Sales Account Manager | Full-time | Base + Commission The Polaris Group is expanding its Sales Account Management team! This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our stellar reputation with clients and forging valuable relationships. This position offers comprehensive training in all aspects of the role, ensuring our team is fully equipped to excel. A qualified candidate will be responsible for managing and discussing the newest promotions that our clients offer, assisting with customer inquiries while maintaining and developing new business opportunities, and providing impeccable customer service. Training includes:

Responsibilities

:

• Develop customer relationships
• Build long-term relationships with our customers and clients
• Understand consumer needs and quickly provide solutions
• Manage, update, and maintain customer accounts
• Create and track reports of all customer interactions
• Identify new business opportunities
• Display excellent customer service and support
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty
