: Commission Only ($60,000$120,000+ annual earning potential)

Job Description

: Legacy Homes is seeking a motivated and results-driven Interior Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Twin Cities area. This role focuses primarily on basement finishing and deck projects. If you thrive in a performance-based environment, enjoy working directly with homeowners, and want the freedom of uncapped earnings, this is an excellent opportunity. Leads and training are provided to help you succeed, along with the support and tools needed to close deals confidently.

Responsibilities

:

• Generate and manage leads through company-provided opportunities, referrals, and some door-to-door prospecting
• Meet with homeowners to assess project needs and provide accurate estimates
• Guide customers through design selections, materials, and project options
• Present solutions and confidently close sales
• Manage projects from initial consultation through contract signing
• Build strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

Requirements

:

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction is a plus)
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to learn estimating and product knowledge quickly
• Comfortable with in-home sales and occasional door knocking
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn and succeed in a commission-based role Why Legacy Homes?
