What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative , you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and keeping our branch running smoothly. You'll: Build relationships with customers, helping them find the right products and solutions to meet their needs Partner with Branch Management and Outside Sales Representatives to process orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate service calls Prepare quotes and bids for projects involving welding equipment and supplies Maintain an organized and welcoming showroom including stocking shelves and setting up product displays Assist with checking in freight and UPS shipments as needed Serve as a back-up driver for our Winona Route Sales Representatives when necessary What We're Looking For A customer-first attitude and a strong work ethic Strong communication and organizational skills A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on work environment Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn our system

Required Qualifications

: Current Class B CDL with HAZMAT endorsement or willingness to obtain within a reasonable time Join Our Team!
