• We are seeking an assistant store manager who is mature, energetic, accountable, dependable and passionate about selling & servicing customers. Having a creative and fun curiosity for female fashions, holistic items and bohemian styles is important / prior store management is NOT a prerequisite - having a passion to learn and grow is. Retired nurses, teachers and human service providers strongly encouraged to apply! In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and playing a crucial role in managing staff, maintaining store standards, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.
