You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key part in creating a welcoming, connected community.

What You'll Do

: Leasing & Sales

• Welcome and tour prospective residents, showcasing our beachside lifestyle and unique community amenities
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, clearly explaining terms and community policies
• Follow up with leads and meet part-time leasing goals
• Accurately complete lease paperwork and ensure compliance Customer Service
• Provide excellent service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with questions, maintenance requests, and general inquiries
• Help foster a warm, community-oriented atmosphere Marketing & Outreach
• Support marketing efforts through flyer distribution, social media content, and occasional event participation
• Help drive visibility and interest in the property Administrative Support
• Maintain organized leasing records and applications
• Process applications, run background checks, and collect required fees
• Assist with unit inspections and readiness Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with the property management and maintenance teams to meet goals
• Share ideas and contribute to community improvements
• Saturday availability required. What We Offer:
• Hourly Pay: $16$18/hour (depending on experience)
• Commissions & Bonuses: Potential to earn an additional $4$5/hour
