Our company is looking for a highly driven leasing consultant to work in our face paced office. Leasing Consultant (Full-time): The position will be responsible for providing exceptional sales/service to prospects and current residents. This is a fast-paced opportunity, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate will be high energy, outgoing, customer service oriented, and have a strong ability to sell. Responsibilities

(Others may be assigned to meet the business needs)

• Giving tours of our premier community to prospective residents
• Working closely with prospects from initial inquiry to lease signing
• Assist with all activities related to apartment home rentals (move-ins and lease renewals) as it relates to prospective and current residents
• Answer email and phone inquiries
• Some data entry and filing
• Availability and willingness to work occasional weekends is essential in this role
• Able to work independently and in a team environment Job Type: Full-time
