Duties

• Identify and generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community engagement to expand the customer base
• Present and demonstrate Impact Windows & Doors to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and technical features
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address questions, provide updates, and foster long-term relationships
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales progress
• Collaborate with management to develop targeted outreach strategies for different markets and demographics
• Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing opportunities and closing deals efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, especially within energy sales or technical product categories like solar energy or energy solutions
• Strong knowledge of CRM software systems for lead management and client communication
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales successfully
• Technical sales experience related to Impact Windows & Doors, Sunrooms or similar products is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to educate clients on complex technical concepts clearly and confidently
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals consistently in a competitive environment
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Application Question(s):
