Full description of the position

We don't hire order-takers we hire road warriors. Own Massachusetts on the ground: grow and defend existing dispensary accounts, open new doors, and be the face of our brands in every store you walk into. You're not just closing sales you run budtender trainings, pop-ups, and in- store displays, and you feed every buyer contact back into our CRM. You plan your own routes, run your own activations, and report with real numbers. Portfolio: Beantown Greentown, Chill Medicated, Erva, Packs, Tyson 2.0, and Dr. Zodiak. What you'll do: Manage and grow existing dispensary accounts across Massachusetts, and open new doors. Run budtender education so store staff sell our brands with confidence. Execute pop-ups, sampling events, and in-store displays that move product. Collect buyer and decision-maker contact info at every stop and log it into our CRM (Apex). Prospect new accounts, get the meeting, place the first order, and set up the reorder. Report competitive intel from the field shelf placement, pricing, promos, brand gaps. Track activity and results weekly; we measure what we do. What we're looking for: 2+ years B2B sales experience (cannabis, beverage, or CPG preferred). Reliable vehicle and clean driving record this is a road job. Comfortable with CRM tools (we use Apex) and disciplined about logging contacts. Existing Massachusetts dispensary relationships a major plus. Self-starter who thrives on the road, not behind a desk. 21+, with some evening/weekend availability for events; MA Cannabis Agent Registration a plus.

Compensation

: $20.00/hour plus reimbursed travel expenses (mileage, tolls, event costs). Full-time, hourly. Reports to the CGO and Sales Ops. Legacy Operations is an equal-opportunity employer. Must be 21 or older to work in the cannabis industry. Pay: $20.00 per hour
