Minnesota Sales Group is hiring a Client Sales Associate to support a growing home improvement campaign. The Client Sales Associate works directly with customers to introduce products that help protect and improve their homes while driving consistent sales results. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and present home improvement solutions through direct sales conversations
• Help customers understand product benefits and guide them through the sales process
• Build relationships with customers to create positive customer experiences
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals through consistent customer engagement
• Answer customer questions and provide clear product information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions Client Sales Associate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience working with customers in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Motivated to succeed in a sales-driven environment
