Responsibilities

:

• Introduce customers to AT&T;'s wireless products, internet services, and current promotional sales
• Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their wireless needs.
• Recommend AT&T; plans and services that best fit each customer's household and budget.
• Answer questions, explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Address customer concerns professionally.
• Complete customer enrollments, service upgrades, and account applications accurately.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of AT&T; products, promotions, and industry updates through ongoing training.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity using company tools/CRM.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity AT &T; In-Person Sales Assistant

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred
• Prior experience in sales and customer service preferred but not required-Training provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person.
• Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
