Inside Sales Representative (Phone Sales) We are a growing automotive parts wholesale company based in Los Angeles. We supply auto parts and related components to auto repair and performance shops. We are hiring a motivated and disciplined B2B Sales Representative to expand our wholesale customer base.

Compensation

• $19-21$/hour base pay (California compliant)
• Commission on collected sales revenue. Let's meet in person to discuss the details.
• Commission paid after customer payment is received
• Part-time position in the beginning (approximately 28 hours per week)
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time position (approximately 35 hours per week) After transitioning to a full-time role, you will be required to attend trade shows and visit clients, taking responsibility for all aspects of the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Develop new wholesale customers including auto repair shops and muffler shops through daily outside sales visits and phone call.
• Spend approximately 20% of working time visiting customers and prospecting new accounts
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts and long-term business relationships
• 70%-80% make outbound sales calls daily to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow company pricing policies and approval procedures (no independent discount authority)
• Coordinate with office team regarding quotes, orders, delivery, and customer follow-up
• Achieve monthly sales targets and customer visit goals

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 6 months sales experience required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills required
• B2B sales experience preferred
• Automotive parts knowledge is a plus
• Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus. Performance Expectation
