A Local State Farm Agency in Denver, C0 80209 is looking for highly motivated, and Licensed, Account Representatives! Position

Overview

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive... $55,000 Annual Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $65,000 - $90,000/yr Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Medical 3% Matching Simple IRA Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no weekends required Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within the agency Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

Ability to commute to our office in Denver, CO 80209 Near Washington Park area Current Colorado Property and Casualty License Required 2+ years of active insurance sales and/or customer service experience Preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
