HVAC Sales Representative We are seeking Sales Representatives/Account Managers to manage sales and business relationships within multiple designated territories for an industry leader in HVAC. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, growing market share, and supporting a sales center through proactive business development and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential and contractor accounts
• Grow sales and market share through new account acquisition and territory strategy
• Provide customer support, problem resolution, and product expertise
• Represent the organization at dealer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals and customer needs

Qualifications

• 24 years of HVAC sales experience (wholesale distribution preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and contractor relationships
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license (if required for the role) Skills & Competencies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to analyze data and deliver effective presentations
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office IND2I Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
