We are seeking driven individuals who take initiative to be developed within our Broker Training Program, where they will engage in core business development activities. With a strong focus on career advancement, you will be involved in client acquisition, agent development, and overall operations, providing you with the long-term opportunity to build and lead your own branch office. Our objective is to cultivate lasting relationships that contribute to the company's continued growth and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust with prospective clients and agents
• Develop as a sales leader to effectively manage and grow an insurance agency
• Work closely with clients to introduce appropriate risk management strategies tailored to their needs
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to key stakeholders
• Assist in overseeing the claims process to ensure fairness and client satisfaction
• Achieve established development goals through new client acquisition
• Learn to train, mentor, and develop licensed agents Skills
• Proven experience working with people
• Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (if not currently licensed)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Results-driven
• Strong presentation and communication skills (teaching experience is a plus)
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions and building long-term relationships
• Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities
• Performance-based compensation structure Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $2,900.00 - $8,700.00 per month Expected hours: 12.0 35.0 per week
