As an Events Assistant (Event Sales Team), you'll play an important role in delivering engaging face-to-face experiences that connect customers with products, services, and promotional campaigns. • Engaging with customers at live events and promotional locations throughout Cleveland
• Creating a welcoming and professional event environment
• Explaining products, services, and promotional offers clearly and confidently
• Supporting face-to-face sales conversations and customer registrations
• Assisting with event setup, presentation standards, and breakdown
• Working collaboratively with teammates to achieve daily event and sales goals
• Providing excellent customer service while answering questions and resolving queries
