Full description of the position

F/T Leasing Agent needed for Albemarle Landing in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must have excellent customer service & administrative skills, possess basic math skills, be organized, detail-oriented & professional while maintaining a positive attitude. The ability to be part of a team is important. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year leasing and/or customer service experience. The Leasing Agent is an experienced professional with the skills & knowledge to perform the following duties including, but not limited to:

• Lease apts & follow up with prospective leads
• Process applications & coordinate details of Move-Ins
• Outreach & community level marketing
• Work with the on-site team to ensure the property meets the company's performance standards
• Engage residents & guests to form positive relationships & develop positive property reputation
• Other duties as assigned
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus Must pass credit and criminal background screening.
