Inside Sales / Sales Assistant / Appointment Setter (Boise ID) Vanguard Cleaning Systems of the Inland Northwest In this position, the right candidate will be part of a team working on sales pipeline generation activities for Vanguard Cleaning Systems of the Inland Northwest (Eastern Washington and Idaho). This position will be based out of our office located in Boise, Idaho. You will be supporting the outside sales staff in achieving the company's overall revenue targets and objectives. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily outbound calls and emails with the goal of setting appointments or affirming current data.
• Daily interaction and weekly meetings with Field Sales team members to target key areas.
• Perform research in key areas within our existing database to discover potential target leads using all available tools.
• Curate leads to confirm specific details about the company and facility.
• Use data collected from current customers for referrals and positive reviews.

Compensation

: DOE, ($17-25 hourly base plus commission), benefits, and year end performance bonus. Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
