Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play a vital part in showcasing our properties' best features. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will drive leasing success, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial inquiry through deal closing. Duties

• Greet prospective tenants warmly and conduct property tours that highlight key features and benefits
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information about available units and leasing terms
• Negotiate lease agreements and rental offers with potential tenants, ensuring mutual satisfaction while adhering to legal standards
• Utilize sales technology tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and streamline leasing workflows
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, rental rates, and competitive properties in the area
• Assist with marketing efforts by creating compelling listings and promoting properties through various channels
• Maintain comprehensive records of leasing activities, tenant interactions, and administrative documentation in accordance with property management policies Skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Strong marketing acumen to attract prospective tenants through creative outreach strategies
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Proficiency with sales technology adoption and real estate management software
• Knowledge of real estate market analysis and industry trends to optimize leasing strategies
• Familiarity with real estate offer negotiation, fair housing regulations, and real estate law
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
• Organizational skills for managing multiple leads, appointments, and administrative tasks simultaneously
• Experience practicing real estate or managing real estate teams is highly advantageous
