Studio Sales Associate SweatHouz Palm Beach Gardens $16/hr base + bonuses | Associates currently earning $19$24/hr total including bonuses Please Note:This is a permanent, year-round position not a seasonal role. If you're looking for something to fill a summer break, this isn't the right fit. Hours of operation (your shifts will fall within these windows): Mon thru Fri: 6:30 AM 9:30PM | Sat & Sun: 7:30 AM 8:30 PM You will not be scheduled for all of these hours exact shifts vary by business need. Our Palm Beach Gardens studio is ranked #1 in the entire network, and the team that built that is the same one that will train you. The Role: This is equal parts sales and hospitality. You're the first impression, the tour guide, the closer, and the reason members keep coming back. It's a great fit if you're genuinely passionate about health and wellness and you like the idea of your paycheck reflecting your performance. What you'll do:

• Tour and enroll new studio members, connecting services to their actual goals
• Manage and follow up with leads via phone and studio software (Mindbody, Axle)
• Build real relationships with members you'll know their names and their routines
• Keep the studio clean, welcoming, and operating smoothly. Although we have studio cleaners, all sales associates help clean as needed. What we're looking for:
• 1+ year in a sales or customer-facing role
• Personality is everything... but if you're comfortable with relationship-based selling and handling objections, that's a plus!
• Reliable transportation on-time, every shift, no exceptions
• High energy, high integrity, and genuinely interested in people
• Health/fitness/wellness background or credentials a plus
• CPR/AED certification REQUIRED (or willingness to obtain before start date)
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and handle an active shift on your feet Growth potential: Strong performers have potential to move into management. We want to promote from within.
