Senior Auto Transport Sales Representative Base Pay Plus Commission Homestead, FL | MondayFriday | Full-Time | 100% In-Office Budget Auto Transporter is expanding and adding proven phone closers to the team. This is a pure sales role not security, not driving, not field work. What makes this role different

Compensation

What You'll Do

• Take live inbound calls and web leads, build rapport, overcome objections, and close vehicle transport bookings
• Consistently hit or exceed daily/weekly sales targets
• Coordinate with dispatch for seamless customer experience

What You Bring

• 2+ years of proven phone sales / inside sales experience
• Strong closing background in auto sales, insurance, financing, merchant services, call-center sales, or similar high-volume phone roles
• Money-motivated, competitive personality that thrives on leaderboards and big paychecks
• Professional phone voice and ability to think on your feet
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Homestead, FL (no remote, no hybrid) Please DO NOT apply if your primary experience is:
