Select Property Group is a boutique brokerage based in Palm Beach Gardens. Because we are a small firm, we don't let our agents get lost in the crowd. We provide the direct, hands-on support, accountability, and cutting- edge tools you need to build a massive business. We primarily service North Palm Beach County, as well as Martin and St. Lucie counties. The Opportunity We are looking for aggressive, hungry sales professionals who are ready to pick up the phone and dominate the local market. Whether you are an experienced agent looking to scale your existing database or a newer agent hungry to learn the ropes, we provide the platform to help you succeed. We invest heavily in high-quality lead generationoffering powerful tools for both seller prospecting and buyer client acquisition, along with a massive cold lead pond. What We Provide

• Premium Tools: Full access to REDX for Seller Lead prospecting and Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM for pipeline management.
• Leads: Steady streams of fresh Buyer Leads via PPC from YLOPO and [please apply online] plus a deep cold lead pond to mine.
• Tech Stack: Company-provided email and a dedicated virtual phone line.
• Broker Support & Training: Direct, hands-on guidance from the broker. You won't get lost in the crowd herewe provide the regular accountability, script training, and contract support you need to close deals.
• Flexibility: Work from our Palm Beach Gardens office or from the comfort of your home. What We Expect From You
• Daily Prospecting: Dedicate at least 23 hours per day to making outbound sales calls, prospecting new business, and following up with leads.
• Grit & Hustle: A competitive mindset with a willingness to learn scripts, overcome objections, and close deals.
• Local Expertise: Show homes, list properties, and navigate transactions across North Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties.

Requirements

• Must possess an active Florida Real Estate License.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Self-disciplined enough to hit daily call goals while working remotely.
• Reliable transportation and a professional setup for remote work. Schedule:
• Monday to Friday (with weekend availability for showings/open houses) Experience:
• Sales or Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred, but we will train the right work ethic) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
