We are a growing company focusing on specifically value-add multifamily housing investments. ECG is currently seeking an experienced Community Leasing Agent to work at our Royal Ridge location. As the Community Leasing Consultant, you are the heart of our community, bringing people and homes together. Qualifications

:

• Valid Drivers License is required
• Strong sales background preferred
• A Clear understanding of all necessary office equipment fax machine, printer, PC, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn other software applications
• such as RealPage products, OneSite, Lead2Lease, and OpsTechnology.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Attracting new residents to live in the community.
• Outside marketing both in-person and online.
• Handle conflict resolution with both residents and staff.
• Prioritize, set, and meet deadlines.
• Walk side by side with customers, developing relationships and inspiring trust as residents make our community their home. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
