The Role This is a field-based outside sales position focused on residential roofing and insurance restoration. You will meet homeowners, inspect roofs, document damage, and guide clients through insurance-based repairs or upgrades. You will manage jobs from first contact through final invoice, keeping documentation clean and organized using JobNimbus and CompanyCam. You will build your own pipeline through door knocking, networking, and referrals while operating within a clear process and support structure. This role involves real field work. You will knock on doors. You will climb roofs. You will manage your own pipeline. Who This Is For This position is open to both entry-level candidates and experienced sales professionals. What matters most is not how long you have been selling, but how you operate day to day. You should be comfortable taking initiative, using systems, receiving feedback without ego, handling rejection, and working as part of a team. Experience is respected here, but it does not replace coachability, collaboration, or accountability. Compensation

is commission-based with real upside. First-year reps typically earn between $45,000 and $75,000. Seasoned producers often earn $100,000 or more. Top performers regularly earn between $120,000 and $180,000, with some exceeding $300,000 through consistent production and referrals. For full-commission sales reps, a 10 percent office overhead fee applies to gross sales up to $800,000. Once $800,000 in gross sales is exceeded, the overhead fee is removed on all additional commissions rewarding high producers with higher commissions as sales increase.
