What You'll Do

As one of the first people our members and guests interact with, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Scheduling appointments and managing daily clinic operations.
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with questions.
• Educating guests on the benefits of Massage Envy memberships and wellness services.
• Recommending products and services that support clients' wellness goals.
• Achieving personal and team sales goals through genuine conversationsnot high-pressure sales.
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk environment.
