Retail In-Store Sales Assistant Cleveland, OH Full-Time | In-Person Are you someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action, speaking with people, and working toward clear goals? We're growing our in-store team in Cleveland and are looking for a Retail In- Store Sales Assistant to support face-to-face campaigns inside busy retail environments. This is a customer-facing, sales-driven role where your ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and create positive experiences will directly influence your success.

About the Role

As a Retail In-Store Sales Assistant, you'll represent active campaigns within high-footfall retail locations. Your focus will be to engage customers, build interest, and guide them through a simple and professional sales or sign-up process. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where no two interactions are the same and where your energy and approach make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining branded in-store sales displays
• Engaging customers and initiating conversations confidently
• Presenting campaign details, products, or services clearly
• Answering questions and handling objections professionally
• Supporting the full sales process, including registrations and transactions
• Working toward daily and weekly performance targets
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation and professionalism
