Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and energetic Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be a member of the leadership team and work closely with the other key leaders of the business to maintain and grow customer relationships. We are looking for a diverse candidate that will be a primary face of daily interactions with our customers as well as coordinate with our production managers and shipping team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a passion for customer service. Spanish language is a benefit but not required.

Responsibilities

Primary face to customer interaction through email, phone and a small amount f2f Receive and process all incoming purchase orders via email Coordinate with the production managers on timing and delivery of orders Provide updated quotes and pricing to customers Communicate and coordinate shipping & timing with customers Perform sales and account reporting using QuickBooks and Excel Identify and drive opportunities for growth with existing customer base and new customers

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS office suite, specifically Excel
• Analytical capability and ability to work with numbers
• Experience working with Quickbooks
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Spanish language is helpful Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
