Overview

Serve as the on-site Auto Glass World representative inside a partnered dealership's service drive. You will support customers by addressing auto glass needs, explaining repair and replacement options, and coordinating same- day or scheduled service. Training and clear processes are provided to ensure success in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the service drive regarding auto glass concerns
• Identify glass repair or replacement needs through vehicle walk-arounds and customer conversations
• Explain windshield repair vs. replacement and basic safety considerations to customers
• Coordinate scheduling and service completion; provide status updates as needed
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership staff
• Accurately document leads, appointments, and completed services
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Auto Glass World on-site

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or automotive experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a dealership environment
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What We Offer
