Overview

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales/Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with them via outbound calls and warm calling strategies to generate leads and schedule appointments. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive business development efforts and help expand our customer base. Prestige Janitorial Services is hiring a full-time telemarketer employee. As an appointment setter, you will be an ambassador for Prestige Janitorial Services who will promote our brand and services to businesses across the state of Texas. If you are interested in applying for this position, please contact us! RESPONSIBILITIES: Arrive to work at 8:00AM and work till 5:00PM with an unpaid-hour lunch break. Make approximately 20-25 calls per hour and schedule appointments for our Sales Team. Maintain accurate records in our CRM software. Be able to work with a team in a collaborative environment. Meet daily and weekly goals. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with people on the phone
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
