We are seeking an Experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Automotive Product Specialist (Sales) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product knowledge and sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a knack for negotiation. This position requires a blend of retail sales experience and technical proficiency with software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored product solutions.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and expand market reach.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and track product performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Assist in training new staff on product offerings and sales techniques.
• Uphold professional phone etiquette while interacting with customers and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales is REQUIRED.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts to support sales analysis.
• Proficient in using software tools for reporting and communication purposes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
