MELD Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to support both existing customers and new business development efforts. This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales, and business development teams by driving customer engagement, qualifying leads, and ensuring seamless sales operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a technical, manufacturing-focused environment 1. Customer Support (Existing Customer Sales)

• Serve as the primary inside sales contact for current MELD machine customers
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional sales (e.g., parts, upgrades, services)
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Track and manage customer activity within CRM systems 2. Inside Sales & Lead Management
• Manage inbound and outbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and third-party sources
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess potential fit for MELD solutions
• Schedule and coordinate introductory calls or meetings for Business Development staff
• Maintain accurate records of lead status, communications, and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to refine lead qualification processes 3. Sales Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with prospective customers
• Support preparation of sales materials, proposals, and customer documentation
• Travel and participate in trade shows and industry events
• Utilize third-party tools and platforms for lead generation and prospect identification
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred:
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technical sales
• Familiarity with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)
