We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to manage and facilitate marketing operations for the team.

Job Summary

: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Plano, Texas. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence and driving business growth by building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for sales and an interest in developing a career in the title insurance industry.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business development goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with real estate agents, lenders, brokers, and other potential clients.
• Conduct presentations and educational seminars to promote our title and escrow services.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the escrow and sales teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transaction processing.
• Create and distribute marketing materials and promotional items.
• Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed set monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

:

• Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate or title/escrow industry.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market in Austin and Williamson County.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Texas real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
• Existing network of real estate professionals is a significant advantage.
