Overview

We are looking for a P &C; Licensed Commercial Insurance Account Specialist

• with a minimum of
• 2 years of commercial insurance experience. This is not a basic data-entry role. Our client's commercial accounts are dynamic and complicated. You will serve as the backbone of commercial operationsensuring technical accuracy, navigating complex policies, and confidently managing high-level client requests. The ideal candidate is proactive, authoritative in their knowledge, and possesses the assertiveness required to handle sophisticated business owners.

Key Responsibilities

& Scope of Expertise In this role, you will handle the day-to-day lifecycle of commercial accounts. You must be thoroughly proficient in:

• Policy Management & Documentation: Processing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), managing complex policy endorsements, and navigating General Liability (GL) audits.
• Commercial Forms & Language: Fluidly handling ACORD forms (125, 126, 140) and all corresponding supplements.
• Specialized Endorsements: Deep understanding of complex commercial language, specifically regarding Additional Insured endorsements and Waivers of Subrogation.
• Coverage Mastery: Confidently managing and explaining intricate coverages across multiple lines, including:
• General Liability (GL) & Businessowners Policy (BOP)
• Workers'

Qualifications

& Skills Required

• Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance License is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience handling commercial lines insurance.
• Personality Profile: Assertive, confident, and highly organized. You must be able to command a conversation, problem-solve on the fly, and handle complex scenarios with poise.
• Technical Savvy: Sharp attention to detail with the ability to spot gaps in coverage or errors in ACORD forms quickly.
