Description: Boerger, LLC is an established Rotary Equipment manufacture looking to fill the role of Aftermarket Sales at our Chanhassen, MN office. This is a technical role focused on supporting existing customers, aftermarket sales needs. The position carries a flexible hybrid work model that supports an in- office and remote schedule. Responsibilities

:

• Provide consultative sales and technical support to customers
• Build customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented communication, service, and support
• Answer and respond promptly to customer calls/emails
• Review and understand technical specifications, plan drawings & internal product details
• Accountable for ensuring orders are entered into the ERP system and CRM databases
• Work with logistics personnel to facilitate shipping, requirements

Requirements

:

• Working experience in a technical or aftermarket sales
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous Exposure to ERP & CRM systems preferred
