Eagle River Roofing is growing fast, and we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative / CSR who's ready to own the phones, convert leads in record time, and rise to the top. What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm & hot leads
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
• Keep customer records, notes, and job statuses clean and accurate in our CRM
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
• Build real rapport with homeowners and make the value obvious
• Work closely with outside sales & installation teams
• Hit your numbers, then beat them. We track performance because we reward it What We're Looking For

• Strong and confident phone communicator
• Thrives in a tracked, KPI driven environment
• Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated
• Fast learner with strong follow-up discipline

• $52,000 to $65,000 base salary depending on experience
• Top performers earn $80,000+ per year once commissions are running
• A commission structure and performance bonuses , so your hustle directly drives your check (0.25% of sold jobs booked during regular hours, 0.75% of sold jobs booked evenings/weekends
