Sales Representative Expected Earnings: $100,000$250,000+ per year Upstanding Roofing is hiring competitive, coachable Sales Representatives to serve homeowners throughout Greater Houston and surrounding communities. We provide:

• Company-provided homeowner appointments
• Paid sales and roofing training
• A proven one-call-close sales process
• Ongoing coaching and manager support
• No required cold calling
• No required door-to-door prospecting Your responsibility is to build trust, explain value, address concerns, and confidently ask for the sale.

What You Will Do

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Build trust and rapport quickly
• Understand the homeowner's needs, budget, and timeline
• Conduct approved exterior, attic, ground-level, ladder-side, drone, or measurement-based assessments
• Explain roofing systems, warranties, installation standards, and financing options
• Present Good, Better, and Best roofing solutions
• Communicate value before presenting price
• Handle questions and objections professionally
• Confidently ask for the sale
• Complete contracts, photos, financing documents, and CRM records
• Follow up with homeowners when needed
• Provide an accurate handoff to the production team
• Participate in training, coaching, and roleplaying Sales Representatives do not climb or walk on roofs.

Compensation

is performance-based and is not guaranteed. Earnings depend on sales production, closing performance, appointment volume, cancellations, collected revenue, and compliance with company policies. Who We Are Looking For You may be a strong fit if you are:

• Automotive sales
• Financial services
• Other high-ticket sales Roofing experience is not required. We provide structured training, field shadowing, and ongoing coaching.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel throughout Greater Houston and surrounding communities
• Availability for afternoon, evening, and occasional Saturday appointments
• Ability to complete sales documentation accurately
