Job Title: Sales Representative (Inside / Outside Sales) Location: Ipswich, MA | Full Time, On-Site

Compensation

: $50,000 $90,000 Base + Commission Join a Growing Team in the Stone Industry We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team! This role can be inside, outside, or a mix of both depending on your strengths. If you enjoy building relationships, connecting with customers, and driving results, you'll fit right in. Ideal Candidates Have Stone Countertop Sales Experience!!

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Connect with clients by phone, virtually, and in person
• Manage your pipeline and follow up to close deals
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience What We're Looking For
• Sales experience ( Stone Countertop inside, outside, or B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-starter who is organized and goal-driven
• Industry experience is a plus (construction, building materials)
• Valid driver's license for outside sales responsibilities What You'll Get
