Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person sales and customer engagement by introducing Kinetic Fiber services to local residents.
• Drive results through consistent sales efforts, building rapport through strong customer engagement and trust.
• Provide personalized recommendations by understanding customer needs through meaningful customer engagement conversations.
• Deliver top-tier customer support by guiding customers through product options, pricing, and installation processes.
• Close sales by confidently presenting the advantages of Kinetic Fiber and delivering a seamless customer support experience.
• Maintain ongoing customer engagement through follow-ups, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for post-sale customer support, helping customers feel confident in their new service.

Minimum Qualifications

of the Fiber Internet Sales Agent

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Entry-level candidates encouraged; background in sales, customer engagement, or customer support is a plus.

Overview

: This is a full-time position in Charlotte, NC. This position is Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week working in an in-person, customer service and sales-focused role with customers.

• Pay: 100% commission - $70-$200 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
• Clients & Products: We work promoting and signing up new customers for internet services for Kinetic Fiber & Frontier clients.
• Location: Charlotte, NC Pay: From $800.00 per week
