Tri-Coastal Ventures is an authorized dealer for AT&T; and is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Junior Sales Representatives in the Houston area. In this entry-level role, you'll represent AT&T;'s industry-leading products and services, build relationships with customers, and develop valuable sales and communication skills through hands-on training. If you're driven, enjoy working with people, and are looking for a long-term career with opportunities for advancement, we'd love to meet you. No prior sales experience is required, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

:

• Meet with customers to educate them on AT&T;'s products, services, and current promotions.
• Build positive relationships by understanding each customer's needs and recommending the best solutions.
• Represent the AT&T; brand with professionalism and outstanding customer service.
• Work alongside teammates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen your sales and leadership skills.
• Stay up to date on AT&T; products, promotions, and service offerings to confidently assist customers. What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
