Finance Manager - Automotive dealership

Overview

: We are seeking a motivated customer focused Finance Manager to join our team. The finance manager plays a key role in helping customers secure financing options for vehicle purchases with ensuring compliance with all regulations and dealership policies. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of automotive financing, and the ability to build trust with customers and lending partners. Key responsibilities:

• Assist customers in securing vehicle financing through banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions
• Present financing options and extend protection products in a clear professional manner
• Structure deals to ensure maximum profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Review and finalize all finance-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and dealership requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to negotiate terms and secure competitive rates
• Educate customers about financing terms, warranties, insurance products, and dealership programs
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, including F&I procedures, privacy policies, and disclosure requirements
• Collaborate with the sales team to support smooth deal flow and timely delivery of vehicles
• Track finance performance metrics, prepare reports , and continuously improve closing ratios Required skills &

Qualifications

: Previous experience as an Automotive Finance manager or in automotive sales with finance exposure Strong knowledge of dealership financing, lending processes, credit applications, and F&I regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, knowing both English and Spanish Ability to explain complex financial information n a simple and professional way High ethical standards and commitment to compliance Strong problem solving and customer service orientation Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software Preferred qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, finance, or related field ( preferred but not required) Established network of banking and financial contacts Bilingual skills are a huge asset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $79,607.74 - $200,000.00 per year Ability to Commute:
