THIS IS A RESIDENT MANAGER POSITION. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LIVE ON PROPERTY. SELF STORAGE OR HOTEL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. NO PETS ALLOWED. We have a full time position for an experienced, self-motivated and high energy, team member for a property in Hemet, CA. Ideal candidates will have Sales & Customer Service experience and excellent communication and computer skills. Candidate must also have the ability to multitask, be dependable, have excellent attendance & reliable transportation. Must be able to work any shift including weekends, holidays and some overtime may be required. Candidate must pass criminal background screening, have a high school diploma and/or GED and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to: General facility maintenance, close sales opportunities, provide excellent customer service to existing & potential customers, answer inbound/outbound phone calls on multiple lines, manage multiple tasks at the same time, inspect property for safety & security issues, cleaning and maintenance of the property, successfully address & satisfy customer's issues/complaints, maintain & document all telephone contact with customers to negotiate payment arrangements on past due accounts, handle & balance payments, complete administrative tasks daily, weekly & monthly. Physical activity, lifting up to 50lbs, cleaning & maintenance will be required. This position requires the candidate reside in the on-site apartment on the property.
