Carolina Health Consultants is a rapidly growing national health insurance brokerage, and we're looking to add 4-5 motivated Health Insurance Agents to our team. Whether you're an experienced agent or looking to build a rewarding career in health insurance, we provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed. As the founder of Carolina Health Consultants, I've personally produced over $10 million in health insurance sales since starting in 2018. My goal is to help motivated professionals build long-term, successful careers while making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

What You'll Do

• Assist individuals and families in finding the best health insurance coverage for their needs.
• Educate clients on Private PPO, ACA, Medicare, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Conduct consultations by phone and virtual appointments.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients throughout the year. What We Offer

Compensation

• Average first-year agents earn $60,000$80,000
• Top-performing agents earn $100,000+ annually
• Performance-based commission structure

Qualifications

• Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional attitude with a desire to learn
