Senior Account Executive Specialty Infusions Location: South Florida (Boca Raton & Stuart Territories)

Compensation

: $80,000$90,000 base salary + uncapped commissions. Higher compensation available for exceptional candidates with direct infusion, biologic, or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.

About the Role

Real Infusions is a rapidly growing ambulatory infusion center (AIC) specializing in biologic and specialty infusion therapies. We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to develop and grow referral relationships throughout the Boca Raton and Stuart markets. This is a true outside sales and relationship-building role. Your primary responsibility is to build strong relationships with physician offices and generate referral growth. You will spend your time in the field visiting physician offices, meeting with key decision-makers, hosting lunches, educating office staff, and becoming a trusted resource for your referral network. We are looking for a proven healthcare sales professional with a track record of developing physician office relationships, generating referrals, and consistently growing business.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, referral coordinators, office managers, nurses, practice administrators, and other key decision-makers
• Conduct daily in-person visits to physician offices throughout your territory
• Host lunches, educational meetings, and provider in-services
• Develop new referral relationships while expanding existing accounts
• Educate providers and office staff on our infusion services, referral process, and patient support
• Become a trusted resource for physician offices and referral partners
• Maintain consistent follow-up and territory coverage
• Accurately document activity and opportunities within the CRM
• Collaborate with intake, billing, and clinical teams to ensure an exceptional referral experience QualificationsRequired
• 4+ years of healthcare sales experience calling on physician offices
• Proven track record of building relationships and driving referral growth
• Experience managing a defined sales territory and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strongly Preferred
• Direct experience selling infusion services, biologics, specialty pharmaceuticals, or other specialty healthcare products
• Existing relationships with physician offices in South Florida
• Experience calling on Neurology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Immunology, Allergy, Dermatology, Infectious Disease, Oncology , and other specialty practices
