POSITION: Assistant Property Manager, Transaction Coordinator, Buyer's Agent (Full-Time) COMPENSATION: Staring at $46,000 - $52,000 per year plus bonuses and commission opportunities for residential sales. SUMMARY Experienced, top producing agent looking for a licensed Realtor to help manage a large rental portfolio, work with sales transaction coordination and potential buyer's agent opportunities. In addition to assisting with our day- to-day operations, you will also have the opportunity to learn more about all aspects of residential real estate from an experienced professional. Our team offers full-service residential services including property management, listing homes for sale and working with home buyers. We manage approximately 190 properties, mostly single-family homes, townhomes and condos. The property management team is responsible for maintaining properties, coordinating move- ins and move-outs, screening tenants, collecting rents, writing leases, and communicating with owners, tenants and vendors. In addition to management duties, team member would assist with transaction coordination for sales. RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):

• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude toward clients, tenants, vendors and other team members.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of property management including listing properties for lease, writing leases, lease extensions, tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Coordinate repair estimates, scheduling and completion of repairs with trades and vendors.
• Communicate with landlords/owners regarding estimates and needed repairs and general maintenance of properties.
• Show rental properties to prospective tenants.
• Maintain positive and thorough communication with tenants and landlords.
• Work on both property management and sale's transaction software.
• Help coordinate residential home sale transactions including creating and tracking documentation.
• Opportunity to work with residential home buyers. QUALIFICATIONS
• Two (2) years' experience in either property management or residential real estate.
• Must have an Arizona Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one within a few months.
• Ability to work with software programs related to the management and sale of real estate.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and the Multiple Listing Service.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to follow specific written and verbal direction. Ability to problem solve and work without constant supervision.
• Ability to present ideas in a clear, concise, understandable, and organized manner.
• Ability to work independently and to relate well with others.
• Ability to work in an efficient manner with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow through.
• Excellent time management and general organization skills.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
