As a Medicare Insurance Sales Agent, you'll educate Medicare-eligible clients, recommend coverage options based on their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. What You'll Do

• Conduct Medicare needs assessments with prospective clients.
• Educate clients on Medicare coverage options.
• Present personalized insurance solutions.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and compliance standards.

Compensation

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Life & Health Insurance License required
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Preferred
• Insurance or Medicare sales experience
• Phone sales or inside sales experience
• CRM experience
