Bilingual Apartment Leasing Agent $20$23 /hr + Bonus | Career Growth in 1 Year Are you Bilingual? Can you sell anything? If you prove yourself through great performance, you can be promoted to be a manager. Three Pillars Capital is a real estate private equity firm based of Houston, TX with over $600M+ in assets under management. We are a rapidly growing team and offer plenty of room for fast vertical advancement into upper management. You will work closely with upper management & ownership and be a part of the team. We are searching for a Leasing Associate to drive leasing traffic to the property and lease. You will be responsible to lease & retain tenants. It's a very simple job. • $$24-$26 / hr
• Bonus opportunities bring total compensation to $75,000+

• Continuously improve traffic to the property via online & offline channels.
• Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property.
• Actively work every month to retain existing tenants and reduce turnover.
• Build excitement and demand around our communities and available apartments What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of active sales
• 3+ years of marketing and social media experience
• Strong communication skills
• A keen eye for design, creativity, and audience engagement
