Overview

Highly motivated marketing major needed to help industrial company grow business in the Rio Grande Valley.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Demand Generation

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads for new equipment, parts, and service
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, messaging, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Create and update marketing content such as product brochures, sales sheets, case studies, blog posts, and customer success stories
• Manage social media presence (LinkedIn and other relevant platforms) with a focus on B2B engagement and brand awareness
• Develop and manage lead nurturing workflows in coordination with sales
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
• Maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy within CRM and email platforms
• Work with vendors and partners on co-branded marketing initiatives and promotions Inside Sales
• Respond to inbound sales and marketing-generated leads via phone, email, and website inquiries
• Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
• Support upselling and cross-selling of service agreements, parts, and system upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Comfortable working in a technical or industrial environment Preferred Experience
• Industrial equipment, compressed air, or manufacturing-related industries
• SEO, email marketing, content marketing, or trade show marketing Key Competencies
