Responsibilities

of a Sales Team Member

• Represent and promote our Quantum Fiber clients telecom products and services while creating positive, engaging interactions with customers.
• Learn to identify customer needs and recommend sales solutions that provide lasting value.
• Support customer sales enrollments, account updates, and service activations with accuracy.
• Build trust by delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and professional service.
• Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and company initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members on daily objectives while contributing to a positive workplace culture.
