Inside Sales Assistant (Japanese-English Bilingual) Entry-level Welcome! Location: Irving, TX 75038 Salary: Up to $40,000 Work Schedule:

• MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• On-site Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
• Remote on Wednesdays Expected Start Date: September 1 October 1, 2026 (Flexible for the right candidate)

Position Summary

We are looking for a Japanese-English bilingual Inside Sales Assistant to support our sales team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are looking to build a career in an office environment. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and vendors in Japanese and English
• Process customer orders and prepare quotations
• Enter data into the company system
• Review sales orders and invoices
• Prepare sales and shipping reports
• Work with other departments to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Business-level Japanese and English
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
• Able to commute to the office
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and organizational skills Office, customer service, sales support, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
