Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Retail Automobile Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping customers find the right vehicle while providing an outstanding buying experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, technology, warranties, financing options, and protection products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, email, and text messaging.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and product updates.
• Negotiate pricing within dealership guidelines.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and dealership events.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Above basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills

• 8-10 hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Day and evening shifts Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
