What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities through existing clients, prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer outreach.
• Manage and grow an established customer base throughout your assigned territory.
• Identify customer manufacturing challenges and recommend the best equipment and technology solutions.
• Present and demonstrate advanced industrial equipment both remotely and in person.
• Prepare quotations and follow opportunities through to a successful close.
• Build lasting relationships that generate repeat equipment and consumable sales.
• Maintain accurate customer activity using our CRM system.
• Travel to customer facilities, trade shows, demonstrations, and training events as needed. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, and genuinely enjoys winning new business. Ideal candidates will have:
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience
• Experience selling capital equipment, industrial machinery, manufacturing technology, automation, machine tools, or technical products
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• A consultative, solution-based sales approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close opportunities
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Preferred but not required:
• Experience selling industrial 3D printing equipment
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering
• Jewelry manufacturing or investment casting industry experience
• CAD, CAM, or additive manufacturing knowledge
• Bilingual abilities

Compensation
